Eric Faber explains human sustainment systems for frontier habitats in extreme environments.

Founder Perspective

Frontier Sustainment Group was created to explore the operational systems required to support long-duration human habitation in frontier and extreme environments. While global attention remains focused on transportation and aerospace engineering, the future of habitation will also depend on the operational ecosystems that sustain human life once we arrive.

Eric Faber’s background spans operational systems involving food environments, packaging systems, logistics, workflow optimization, modular infrastructure, sanitation systems, and operational risk analysis. His work has consistently focused on how complex systems function under real-world constraints.

Frontier Sustainment Group explores the intersection of those operational disciplines with the future challenges associated with long-duration habitation, constrained environments, and human sustainment systems.
